Support change management on a large scale infrastructure project with the Queensland Government Your new company
This is an opportunity to join our Queensland Government client, supporting the change management process resulting from a large scale infrastructure project. Based in Brisbane CBD, this is a contract opportunity through until 30th June 2025.
Your new role
As the Business Change Analyst, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of support services to facilitate effective and efficient planning and delivery of organisational change for adoption.
Your duties will include:
Develop change management artefacts and tools to effectively support on-time program outcomes.
Collaborate with the project teams and change specialists to plan and deliver business process analysis, change impact analysis, and change activities
Undertake impact and readiness assessments, and document key changes to processes and practices, in consultation with SME's
Undertake change related risk and issues identification, documentation and tracking and provide mitigation strategies and advice
Provide a bridge between the program, projects and the business users to ensure that activities are planned and completed
What you'll need to succeed Proven experience in the documentation, implementation and evaluation of business change on a program/project(s) within a public sector organisation.
Proven experience on a program/project, developing organisational change management artefacts and tools in consultation with SME's, including change impact assessment, change management approach and business readiness assessment.
Proven stakeholder relationship management skills to support effective business change, including the ability to influence key stakeholders.
Understanding of the elements of project management, including contemporary change management and business integration processes and strategies.
