Whilst managing key existing relationships you will leverage off the established client base to grow the portfolio and source new to bank business.
Duties Develop strong customer relationshipsAssess applications and refer to credit with recommendationsManage the loan application end to end to ensure a seamless outcomeDevelop a call program to service existing and new customersApprove within DLA where allocatedWork towards and surpass set quarterly budgetsAbout You Proven business development and sales experienceDemonstrated credit assessment skills in business banking (deals up to $5m)Strategic and customer-focused cross salesAbility to deliver an end to end service experienceThis is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and motivated banker looking to develop their careers and be financially rewarded for successfully meeting targets.
