We're proud of the benefits we offer which support work/life balance and professional growth and development.The Business Architect is responsible for scoping initiatives, working with key business stakeholders to define and document business requirements and processes, and analysing the impact of (and providing options and solutions for) risk-led initiatives and projects.This role is responsible for:Providing support to the Risk business unit during project scoping, planning and executionTaking ownership of end-to-end project governance activities, including constructing and maintaining key project artefacts, facilitating working group meetings, monitoring implementation progress and reporting to project steering groupsAnalysing business requirements and identifying gaps between current and target state to determine changes required to achieve target state across various types of risk projects and initiatives, including (but not limited to) regulatory change, risk process improvements and member remediationTaking the lead in ensuring deliverables meet project objectives and business requirements including compliance with relevant obligationsIdentifying and escalating issues and risks associated with all aspects of a projectDeveloping and presenting solution options for decisionFacilitating workshops with internal stakeholders including documenting actions, outcomes and providing updates on progressQualifications:Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, law, finance or another relevant field (desired)Skills and experience:Demonstrated experience of at least three years working in a similar role (mandatory)Experience working in superannuation or diversified financial services organisations (desired)Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as experience driving and contributing to discussions at a senior levelAbility to build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, clients, and key stakeholdersAbility to work under pressure to achieve significant deadlinesAbility to effectively challenge the business as appropriateStrong influencing and negotiating skillsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and issuesAbility to work within a self-directed culture and navigate ambiguityPossess intermediate to advanced level skills, knowledge and experience in the practical application of Microsoft Office applications including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and OutlookWe look forward to your application.
