Business Architect Are you an experienced Business Architect looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity to drive transformation projects and shape business architecture practice within a dynamic Digital division? Join the team for an initial 6-month contract with potential for extension or conversion to a permanent role.
Role Overview: As a Senior Business Architect, you will play a pivotal role within our Business Architecture Practice, collaborating closely with stakeholders to analyse, design, and implement business processes, capabilities, and systems aligned to the strategic goals and customer needs. You will work alongside architects, platform owners, and technology teams to ensure seamless integration of business architecture solutions within our technology strategy.
Key Responsibilities: Analyse and model the organisation's business processes, capabilities, and systems to identify enhancement opportunities.Develop and maintain business capability models, value chain and process models, and other artifacts aligning with strategic goals.Collaborate with architects and platform owners to map business capabilities across domains.Translate business stakeholder needs into effective business architecture solutions.Work collaboratively across disciplines including Experience Design, Change & Transformation, Technology, and Data Architecture.Communicate business architecture concepts clearly to stakeholders.The Ideal Candidate: Minimum 5 years of experience in business architecture or enterprise architecture in complex organizations.Strong understanding of Business Process Management and modelling.Proficiency in business architecture frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.Experience with business/enterprise architecture tools and technologies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with digital technologies and digital transformation.TOGAF certification preferred.Additional Information: The successful candidate will have the opportunity to impact business strategy and collaborate on large-scale digital programs. Relationships will be crucial, requiring the ability to build and challenge stakeholders with new thinking.
