Consultant - Group Strategy

Talenza have been engaged by a Big 4 Bank to source a highly capable Consultant - Strategy & Transformation to join the organisation. This opportunity suits a strategy or management consultant (with a minimum of 2 + Years experience in a tier 1 consulting firm, strategy boutique, private equity or in industry corporate development roles) who is looking to move into a new space on a permanent basis. In this role you will join a project team intent on driving CEO agenda issues and customer focused outcomes, with a large focus on driving data-driven customer and business insights for projects.Role Title: Consultant - Strategy & TransformationPermanent rolePay: $120,000-$130,000 plus superannuation plus 10% bonusLocation: Sydney CBD/ Skills Required:2 + years experience with a top tier consultancy or orgsnisation within a pure strategy role Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, as well as being able to interact with a wide range of stakeholders.Being able to keep up to date with data and analytics ability to utilise analysis to draw conclusions, with excellent structured problem-solving skills and complex business modelling skills also being desired.Experience in developing slides and storylines for senior management.A collaborative nature that allows you to work well in a team environment.Customer centric mindset Candidates without banking experience are strongly encouraged to applyCandidates must be based in Sydney and must possess existing full working rights in Australia to be considered for this role.
