We are seeking a full-time, permanent IT professional in the role of Business Applications Engineer focused on the provision of reliable, efficient and well-supported core business applications and platforms. The broader role of the Business Applications Engineer at AISNSW typically involves working with internal staff and key external stakeholders to support their day-to-day use of our existing business applications.  Working as part of the Technology Team, the role plays a key part in ensuring our legacy and future business applications are well-supported as the organisation undergoes a period of significant digital transformation. What qualifications will you need? Depth of experience providing L1, 2 and 3 administration and support of core business processes facilitated by: Click Dimensions Microsoft SharePoint website (integrated with Dynamics) Microsoft SQL Reporting Services Microsoft 365 including SharePoint Online and Teams  Microsoft Power BI Capacity to support the wider range of business applications, in liaison with internal stakeholders and managing escalations to vendors, including: Qualtrics ConnX HR and Recruitment Sage 300 What will be your key responsibilities? Maintaining the current business applications particularly, Microsoft Dynamics CRM and SharePoint Website Responding to internal and external service requests and incident reports  Performing root cause analysis to resolve problems  Updating reports and views Liaising with vendor partners if required to escalate and resolve issues Providing training to the Service Desk team in order to triage Level 1 requests Updating configuration settings of business applications to meet business requirements  Willingness to provide overflow support of our ICT service desk for more general IT requests  Other duties as required by the Chief Executive. What skills and attributes will you have? Strong technical skills in MS Dynamics and SharePoint Well-developed problem-solving skills to interpret bespoke custom business processes Experience in prioritising requests by level of impact and urgency Capacity to understand existing processes and interpret documentation  Willingness to seek assistance after first investigating the issue and associated documentation  Ability to pick up and administer a wide range of business applications  Capacity to maintain confidentiality, discretion and deal respectfully with sensitive matters and personal information Proactive and customer focused approach Capacity to work collaboratively within the wider team  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and spoken) What we need: Capacity to work within the office environment in a Sydney-based role Flexibility based on support and maintenance requirements What we offer you: Structured induction processesFour weeks annual leave (with two weeks additional leave at Christmas)  Salary packaging Collegiality with a team of highly experienced technology professionals  Dedicated, staff wellbeing initiatives to promote connectedness and self-care How to apply: Eager to join a dynamic team and work together to strengthen technology outcomes?
