Hub of medical precinct in Parkville, MelbourneWork for Australia's leading Children's HospitalChallenging and rewarding work environmentAbout the Role: This is a Full Time, Ongoing position working 80 hours per fortnight within the ICT Department at RCH.
The role is responsible for ensuring the HR/payroll system is compliant with all relevant industrial agreements and legislation by liaising with the software provider and HR team in a timely and efficient manner. The role will perform all HR system upgrades including coordination of required testing to ensure there are no anomalies before the system moves into production. Regular data integrity checks and audits will also be required to ensure accuracy. You will also be responsible for HR/payroll process improvement and the provision of regular ad hoc reports to support HR functions.
Classification for this position will range from Grade 6 Year 1 – Grade 6 Year 5 (base salary $110,479.20 to $111,051.20 per annum, plus superannuation).
What you'll achieve: Work closely with HR team to provide reporting and analysis to support key initiatives such as workplace planning, absenteeism, succession planning, etc.Develop and maintain issue register for all HR systems issues and changes.Provide assistance where required for audits and ad-hoc reporting as required.Provide technical support and advice in the maintenance and support of the organisation's HR and payroll systems encompassing areas such as salary and wage payments, deductions, and other related processes.System subject matter expert for system project implementations, including upgrades and system changes.Provide first level support and management of the HR systems.Your skills and experience: Tertiary qualification in related field along with several years of equivalent experience in HR systems.Extensive experience as a system administrator including SAP and SuccessFactors.Advanced skills: RosterOn, SAP payroll, MyDNA (SAP Fiori), SuccessFactors, XRef.What we offer: Salary Packaging – Increase your take home pay!Employee Assistance ProgramDiscounted on-site car parkingOther requirements: Current National Criminal Record Check, or willing to obtain.Valid Working with Children Check.Compliance with RCH's "Staff Immunisation - Prevention of Vaccine Preventable Diseases" procedure.Application process: To apply, you will need a resume and a tailored cover letter outlining your skills, experience, and suitability for the position in line with the requirements of the position description.
