Where you'd be working: This Business Analyst role will be based in our Forest Hill (VIC) office and forms part of a Business Solutions Group consulting team made up of Developers and working alongside consultants, project managers, support and sales.
What you'd be doing (your day will look like this):   Your business analysis skills and experience in a software development environment will assist you in this role.
Using your knowledge of business processes, following our implementation methodology and working closely with both internal and external stakeholders, our Business Analyst are responsible for: Generating, documenting and analysing business requirements and processes Designing solutions to meet those business needs Creating and maintaining detailed project documentation Monitoring project progress and identifying potential risks Ensuring implemented solutions are of high quality Contributing to an efficient team process About you We're looking for a Business Analyst who has: Strong BA skills and ability to demonstrate a strong commercial understanding Strong ability to design solutions to meet with client's business requirements Pronto Xi experience and skills will be highly regarded Well-developed prioritisation and time management skills Excellent communication skills, written and client facing Excellent stakeholder, issue, scope management skills Ability to identify risks and potential issues at an early stage and to be highly competent in bringing these to resolution To enjoy being a Pronto Software Employee you'd need to have:  Successfully completed a degree, diploma in Business related discipline or relevant industry experience An understanding of software development lifecycle A strong work ethic Resourceful and innovative at tackling complex and business challenges Ability to influence and negotiate with internal and external stake holders Excellent attention to detail Current driver's license as travel to customer sites is required Passport Willingness to undertake a police check What you will get: Earn a salary commensurate with your experience plus a range of employee benefits Work in a modern, growing and friendly team environment A hybrid working environment (split your week, flexible location arrangements) The ability to develop your career and experience Note: Our employees need to undergo a Police Check  Sounds good?
