It also provides a great platform to influence throughout the company.The role reports directly to the Finance Manager - Strategy Finance (AU Food).What you'll doFinancial Modeling and Analysis: Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and cash flow. Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic financial plans. Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.Performance Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, including variance analysis, key performance indicators (KPIs), and financial projections.Business Partnering: Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on financial matters.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline financial and business processes and improve efficiency.Project Management: Manage projects with support from a Senior Business Analyst, ensuring timely delivery of agreed deliverables. Develop project plans, track progress and provide updates on any upcoming issues.What you'll bringAlong with having strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication and presentation skills and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. We strongly encourage individuals looking to make their move (or continue to grow) into the Consultancy/Finance Transformation division. You will also bring the following:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. CA / CPA Qualification3+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a corporate finance, transformation or consulting environmentDemonstrated project management skills within an agile environment with the ability to lead parts of and manage projectsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Suite (sheets, slides, docs). Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP) and business analytics tools (e.g., GCP, Tableau) is a must. Project management software experience (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Miro) is a plus.
