The role: As a Senior BA, you'll contribute to the delivery of design, documentation, requirements gathering, process mapping & solution design across various SuccessFactors modules.

What you will be doing: Work with SMEs and key stakeholders to understand and document the current people management services.Work collaboratively with the solution implementation partner to drive and deliver the transformational designEngage with the Functional Architect and the technical workstream to provide appropriate input to integration & data migration etc.,Bring in the voice of the customer to identify opportunities to improve service quality and efficiency.Desirable skills: Experience in HR/HCM transformation programs implementing SAP SuccessFactors across Recruitment, Onboarding and EC modules.10+ years' experience as a Business Analyst in service transformation projects preferable in complex HR/HCM /delivery environment.Additional: If you would like to be considered for this role, please click apply and submit your resume preferably as a MS Word Doc.
