Business Analyst - SAP SuccessFactors NSW Government Daily Rate Contract $$$ Initial 6 Month Contract Hybrid: Parramatta & WFH LMS | Learning Management Systems Overview: Our client is setting up the Learning Management Systems within SAP SuccessFactors and looking for a Business Analyst with strong SAP SuccessFactors experience.
Key accountabilities: Contribute to the delivery of design, documentation, requirements gathering, process mapping & solution design across various SuccessFactors modules.
Work with SMEs and key stakeholders to understand and document the current people management services.
Work collaboratively with the solution implementation partner to drive and deliver the transformational design Bring in the voice of the customer to identify opportunities to improve service quality and efficiency.
