PharmaCare has an enviable reputation in this space with a well-regarded national field force and industry leading products. Provide analytical support primarily to internal Pharmacy sales but also other internal and external stakeholders. In this full time in-office role you will be responsible for supplying meaningful insights to enable sound decision making that is focused on achieving and exceeding targets.
Indicative tasks include:
Sales and trend analysis and reporting daily, weekly, monthly (including scan data)Group pricing management, allocations & PharmXBudget & quota management for field, key & national accountsPromotional tracking and analysisThird party country reporting solutions (distributors)Incentive design and managementGroup rebate, growth target and customer initiative supportTerritory coverage analysis and design for the field teamAccountable for the consistent delivery and data integrity of business-critical reportsPartner with national and key account managers with onboarding new stores, planograms, promotional programs, and trading termsDesired Skills and ExperienceAbout you You thrive in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a similar roleHigh level of numerical and analytical skillsAbility to compile and analyse dataExperience in forecasting & modelling would be highly regardedJDE and Aztec reporting systems experience would be an advantagePrevious experience using Cognos or TM1 an advantageHighly motivated and organisedAdvanced level of Excel, Powerpoint and Microsoft applicationsFast learner, highly adaptable with a 'can do attitude' are attributes essential in this fast paced environment.
