About the role The Business Operations Analyst is a high-performing role with significant visibility across the C-suite, ideal for someone with experience as a commercial, strategic, or reporting analyst in a commercial setting, or someone looking to take the next step into that space. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming data into compelling narratives that inform and influence decision-making at the highest levels of the business.
You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, working with diverse data sets and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to drive key business agendas. Comfortable with data reporting, financial modelling and a passion for storytelling through visuals are essential.

Responsibilities: Weekly and monthly reporting for upper managementPreparing of analysis and decks for pricing committees Raw data analysis and presentation of operational performance trends and insights with recommendations to ensure continuous process improvementProvide analysis to assist in improving overall business productivity, growth and compliance within OperationsAd-hoc analysis and other tasks relevant to the finance and operations departmentWhat You'll Bring: 2-4 years experience in a similar positionHigh level of business acumen and analytical skills Degree in Commerce (Business, Finance, Economics, Information systems)Advanced level in Excel and PowerPoint Financial modelling experience (highly desirable)Strong communication skills and confident in engaging with senior stakeholders.Ability to present data in a concise manner.High level of attention to detail Ability to operate in a fast-paced environmentExperience in data visualisation tools (e.g.
