About the Role
The Business Operations Analyst is a high-performing role with significant visibility across the C-suite, ideal for someone with experience as a commercial, strategic, or reporting analyst in a commercial setting, or someone looking to take the next step into that space.
In this role, you will be responsible for transforming data into compelling narratives that inform and influence decision-making at the highest levels of the business. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, working with diverse data sets and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to drive key business agendas.
Comfortable with data reporting and a passion for storytelling through visuals are essential. If you enjoy translating complex information into actionable insights and have the ability to present them with confidence, this role will provide the challenges and opportunities you're looking for.
Responsibilities:
Weekly and monthly reporting for upper management
Preparing analysis and decks for pricing committees
Raw data analysis and presentation of operational performance trends and insights with recommendations to ensure continuous process improvement
Providing analysis to assist in improving overall business productivity, growth, and compliance within Operations
Ad-hoc analysis and other tasks relevant to the finance and operations department
What You'll Bring:
2-3 years experience in a similar position
High level of business acumen and analytical skills
Degree in Commerce (Business, Finance, Economics, Information Systems)
Advanced level in Excel and PowerPoint (financial modeling skills is a must)
Strong communication skills and confident in engaging with senior stakeholders
Ability to present data in a concise manner
High level of attention to detail
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
Experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) will be advantageous
