We have (12 Month Contract) Business Analyst role available.
This will see you working on a Large-Scale System Replacement Program to replace Workforce Management and Rostering Systems with SAP S/4 Hana, plugging in to SuccessFactors and Kronos for Workforce Analytics & Rostering.
This role will focus on Rostering and Workforce Management Software.
This requires a Business Analyst who has actually worked in a workforce situation (rostering, workforce planning) – so it requires Operational Workforce Management experience .
You will require proven experience in a company with large manpower and systems to support that manpower .
Experience with Rostering Software Implementations such as Kronos or similar will be required .
You will be responsible for analysing and translating business requirements into technical specifications.
You will work closely with stakeholders, including business users and IT teams, to identify needs, propose solutions, and ensure successful implementation.
Your ability to understand complex technical concepts and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be key to your success in this role.

Please Note : This role is NOT targeting an ERP focussed Business Analyst , rather a Business Analyst with O perational Workforce Management & Rostering Experience Essential Skills & Experience Required: 5-10 years Business Analysis Experience Proven experience in Operational Workforce Management (Rostering, Workforce planning) Experience in Workforce Management and Rostering Software Proven Experience in a company with large manpower and systems to support that manpower Proven Experience in Workforce Management domain / Software Implementation will be well regarded.
Exposure to Kronos or similar Rostering Systems will be required Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and best practices.
Experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and solution design.
Familiarity with technical concepts, such as databases, software development, and system integration.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency in business analysis tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Visio).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
