A leading financial institution is seeking a high performing Business Analyst to work on a wide variety of initiatives aimed at transforming the systems and processes that support their non-financial risk function. You'll play a critical role in ensuring that key business and regulatory requirements are met through effective process improvements and workflow enhancements.
As a Business Analyst within the non-financial risk function, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and validate business needs for projects focused on improving risk management processes. Initially working with the wider team, you will map current processes, design future state workflows and partner with technical teams to develop tailored workflow solutions that drive efficiency and compliance.
Responsibilities:Lead the analysis and delivery of strategic projects within the non-financial risk function.Partner with stakeholders to define, document and communicate business requirements.Develop detailed process maps and collaborate with teams to design improved workflows.Work with technical teams to ensure the successful implementation of new processes and systems.Ensure alignment with regulatory obligations and business objectives.Qualifications:Considerable experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services sector.A background of working across process, workflow and policy projects.Demonstrable experience of the use of core business analysis tools and techniques including workshop facilitation, process mapping, requirements elicitation and documentation.Experience and familiarity with non-financial risk management.Strong analytical skills paired with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely, both in writing and verbally.Proven ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders across different functions.Comfortable working in a dynamic environment, adapting to shifting priorities and business requirements.Experience in prioritising workload and activities, with the ability to organise time effectively across projects and independent pieces of work.Self-motivation with an adaptable and flexible approach to new situations and environments.In return, you will join a team of high performers within a market leading organisation, where your contribution will be valued and recognised.
