Job Description 12 month fixed term opportunitySydney locationHybrid working available52568 Business AnalystHow will I help? The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to design new marketing and business processes that will support transformation initiatives for Marketing with a vision to reduce complexity whilst delivering speed to value.
This will be done by gathering requirements for process improvements and designing purpose optimised business processes that leverage best practice and industry standards.
Key Accountabilities:This role will:
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements for process improvements or new initiatives.Translate business requirements into actionable process design specifications.Develop detailed process documentation including flowcharts, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and business process models.Establish benchmarks and performance metrics to track the effectiveness of process improvements.Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in process engineering and business analysis.What's in it for me?You'll play a significant part of the future of a business that has been around for over 200 years.

What do I need?The successful candidate will have:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Process Engineer, or similar role.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Experience with Salesforce or Adobe software.Demonstrated experience in a Marketing role with a deep understanding of customer journeys.What's it like to work there?We are a collaborative team of passionate people with a shared ambition to make a difference for our customers, our communities and each other.
