Your opportunity:
As our valued Business Analyst, you will play a vital role in ensuring that true business needs are clearly identified and stated, and in delivering and maintaining effective solutions. You'll draw on your excellent communication skills, understanding of user needs, and experience in business analysis and software development to document requirements, manage feature-level backlogs, and support testing efforts.
You'll make impact by:
Documenting clear functional and non-functional requirements and processes including but not limited to business, performance, operational, system, reporting, security, scalability and / or usability requirements.
Documenting the As Is and To Be processes in BPMN2.0. The As-Is diagram describes the present state of the organization's process, culture, and capabilities. The To-Be diagram describes the future state; how the organization's process, culture, and capabilities will appear in the future.
Document the Acceptance criteria to ensure requirements are validated throughout the lifecycle of any project/program.
Review the QA /Test Strategy, Plan and Test Cases. Verify the Test Results against the Acceptance Criteria. Support the Test effort as & when required.
Own and represent the business requirement gathering activity within a project or initiative.
What you'll bring:
End-to-end experience of the software development lifecycle, within in Cyber Security
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience with the documentation of processes using BPMN2.0
Effective negotiation and customer management skills
An understanding of user needs and a focus on the business outcome
A logical approach to problem solving and an investigative and inquisitive mind
Experience in collating and documenting requirements
Ideally, you will also have:
Good understanding of Telco business
SIEM experience - especially Splunk
Experience working with security products such as EDR, NDR etc.
