Responsibilities: Work closely with Digital SMEs, Testers, and App owners to define Functional Requirements (FRs) and Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs). Own the Business Requirements Document (BRD) and the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) documents. Work with Architect to define the high-level design documentation. Construct the RTM to track Business Requirements through design, build, test, and deploy phases. Assist in Backlog grooming and identifying Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for each wave. Assist in the identification and creation of test and use cases. It is expected that the BA services will deliver a BRD and RTM artifact and required inputs into other discovery phase artifacts.
