Key ResponsibilitiesLeading engagements with clients through meetings and workshops to ensure successful implementationsAnalysing and documenting business requirementsWork with the in-house engineering teams to ensure platform solutions meet customer requirementsPerform testing aligned to business requirementsA committed approach to continuous improvement and client satisfactionQualifications And ExperienceFive years + experience in external customer facing Business Analysis rolesExceptional communication and presentation skillsExperience working as a Business Analyst on SaaS implementationsExperience with Jira, Confluence and BitbucketExcellent analytical and problem solving skillsBroad financial services experience is beneficial but certainly not essentialThe team is full of very smart people, committed to achieving extraordinary results.
