We are proud to be partnering with a key Global Health provider on a major digital transformation initiative and are looking to place a Business Analyst on a 12 month fixed term basis.
This portfolio of work will form a very significant part of this organisation's plans and investment for this year and beyond and is a fantastic opportunity to join early and influence at the outset of a significant multi-year program.
This is an opportunity to bring your expertise as a Digital specialist to an organisation solely dedicated to the health of our communities.
The Role:
Join a large-scale transformational project to uplift our client's digital capability across multiple clinical applications within a Healthcare Provider environment.
Projects range from electronic medical records, patient portals, health data, identity and access management to core medical systems upgrade and integration.
Many of these projects are at the shaping stage, and we're looking for professionals with digital delivery experience to lead value propositions, requirements, product selection, design, build and implementation.
To Be Successful in this role you will have: 5 + years Business Analyst experience within large complex environments in the digital domain (Applications, Portals, Web) Confident in leading shaping of ideas and concept patient journeys to requirements, through to user journeys and business capabilities A structured approach to capturing requirements, either in use cases, Agile backlog or waterfall document formats A good understanding of the separation between business needs, functional requirements, capabilities and non-functional requirements Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent collaboration skills and proven ability to work in both a team environment and autonomously It would be great if you also had: Experience with working with electronic medical records, patient portals, health applications, medical platforms and systems integration Knowledge of estimation and sizing processes Pipeline, backlog or similar prioritisation experience Whiteboarding, development of wireframe proofs of concept or similar ideas visualisation Experience of working with sponsors, product owners and systems experts in translating requirements to platform capabilities
