Experience: 2 years | Job Type : Full-Time We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented CRM Business Analyst to join our team. As a CRM Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our customer relationship management system and processes. Your primary responsibility will be to gather and analyze business requirements, identify system improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement CRM solutions that drive operational efficiency and enhance customer experiences. Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to CRM processes and functionalities. Conduct detailed analysis of current CRM system and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform CRM strategies and decision-making. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business process flows, use cases, and functional specifications. Collaborate with IT teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure successful system implementation. Provide end-user training and support during CRM system implementations and enhancements. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRM and recommend innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure CRM system aligns with business objectives. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on CRM systems and processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret complex data sets. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle CRM) and related tools. Excellent documentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Knowledge of CRM best practices and industry trends. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
