This is a great opportunity to drive the reporting of key business metrics, generate analysis and insights, and support key stakeholders across the firm as they develop and execute business strategy. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving and evolving our capability in this space.Key responsibilitiesExecute existing reporting (via Jedox) at a firm/practice/domain/function level to provide insights regarding performance, opportunities for improvement, tracking of key metrics, variances etc.Develop, maintain, enhance and analyse financial models and reporting to support business decision-making.Identify new ways of utilising/improving our existing systems and processes to add value and align with the needs of the business. This will require the development of a thorough understanding of Finity's business operations, processes and accounting principles, and ensuring they are incorporated in reporting structures.Ensure accuracy of reports through developing a detailed understanding of the underlying data.Provide commercial insights based on the analysis and reporting produced.Collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders to collate budgets into a consolidated budget model (includes continuous improvement and evolution of model).Work closely with key stakeholders to track financial performance or key metrics within practices/domains/functions, and respond to questions as they arise.Make recommendations to improve/evolve reporting capabilities and execute these.Partner with the Resource team to provide reporting and insights regarding resource allocation, productivity and utilisation.Assist in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the underlying data with Salesforce.Support the management of target hours including data integrity, evolving the process to capture/update data and reporting.Assist in preparing charts, presentations and reports for leaders in relation to financial performance, budgets, business metrics etc as required.Qualifications, Skills and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Proven experience in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, or related roles.Experience in professional services is favourable.Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting.Advanced proficiency in Excel, including VBA Macros, PowerPivots, etc.Experience with Salesforce ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, Certinia (formally FinancialForce) is highly desirable.Experience using OLAP-based reporting tools such as Jedox, TM1 or Anaplan (Jedox experience would be highly desirable).The ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.Proven ability to partner with key stakeholders and communicate the findings and implications of completed work.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.Learn MoreIf this sounds like the right role for you, we'd love to hear from you!
