Key Responsibilities: Leading engagements with clients through meetings and workshops to ensure successful implementations

Analysing and documenting business requirements

Work with the in-house engineering teams to ensure platform solutions meet customer requirements

Perform testing aligned to business requirements

A committed approach to continuous improvement and client satisfaction

Qualifications and Experience: Five years + experience in external customer facing Business Analysis roles

Exceptional communication and presentation skills

Experience working as a Business Analyst on SaaS implementations

Experience with Jira, Confluence and Bitbucket

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

Broad financial services experience is beneficial but certainly not essential
