Position Overview:
We are seeking a Business Analyst with a strong focus on change management and process implementation. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in analysing current business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and leading the implementation of new systems and workflows. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions and to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyse existing business processes across construction, plant hire, quarries, logistics, and recruitment services, identifying inefficiencies and areas for change.Lead the development and implementation of new processes to optimise operational efficiency and service delivery.Manage change initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new systems, processes, and technologies across the organisation.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for process improvements.Create detailed documentation for new processes and ensure effective communication and training for relevant teams.Monitor and evaluate the success of change initiatives, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.Support the design and rollout of change management plans, including stakeholder engagement, communication strategies, and risk management.Provide ongoing support to ensure the sustainability of new processes and systems.Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in business, Change Management, Finance, or a related field.Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on change management and process implementation, preferably within civil construction or related industries.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex processes and identify improvement opportunities.Experience in managing change projects and leading cross-functional teams through process transformation.Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and training facilitation skills.Familiarity with change management frameworks and methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Change Model).Proficiency in ERP systems and data analysis tools.Benefits: Competitive salary and benefits package.A key role in driving innovation and process improvement within a growing company.Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.Exposure to a diverse range of civil construction projects and services.How to Apply:
