ABOUT THE ROLE
We're seeking a dynamic Business Analyst with strong change and transformation experience. Reporting to the Head of Delivery, you will drive key transformation projects, automating finance processes and implementing new products. Your role will ensure end-to-end process improvements and strategic alignment, offering significant career growth potential.

DUTIES Gather and refine business requirements Lead transformation projects focused on automation Collaborate with stakeholders to design scalable solutions Break down epics into user stories and acceptance criteria Align projects with strategic business goals Support IT teams in agile delivery SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Proven BA experience in IT projects with change management Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Experience in automation and process improvement Agile experience required Background in wealth management a bonus but not necessary CULTURE
