This is an exciting opportunity to join Hyundai Capital Australia (HCAU) during our foundational stages! HCAU is currently the consulting entity of Hyundai Capital Services Korea within Australia. We're in the process of establishing a subsidiary in Australia to provide captive-finance services to Hyundai Motor Group (HMG). HMG is Korea's 2nd largest conglomerate focusing on automobiles, auto parts, finance and more.
Hyundai Capital is the financial arm of HMG and the primary goal of its overseas branches is to increase vehicle sales by providing a full spectrum of financial services. We're currently seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support varied systems configuration and testing. You'll work cross-functionally with multiple departments based in Sydney such as Sales, IT, Operations, Credit Risk and Legal. You'll also liaise with our Development and Cyber Security teams based in our HQ in Seoul.
What you'll do: Identify, analyse, and develop clear and comprehensive requirements that align with both business objectives and end-user needs, ensuring all stakeholders have a shared understanding.Plan, create and present Business Analysis deliverables, customizing the documentation to suit different audiences and addressing issues promptly as they arise.Feature and epic definition creation in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.Analyse business processes to identify opportunities for operational enhancements and implement effective solutions.Present ideas clearly and succinctly using various tools such as narratives, process diagrams, user stories, role/accountability charts and business-oriented storyboards.Provide support and guide the backlog prioritization throughout the full project lifecycle.Assist in the definition, analysis, procurement, configuration, testing and deployment of solutions.Break down requirements to clear and concise user stories, including acceptance criteria and functionality validation.Strong experience in eliciting, analysing, and documenting detailed and clear requirements to ensure alignment with business goals and user needs.Proven ability to develop and present comprehensive Business Analysis documentation, tailored to various stakeholders and effectively addressing issues.Demonstrated expertise in identifying opportunities for operational improvements through thorough analysis and implementing effective solutions.A strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.Ability to adapt to changing business environments and project requirements, ensuring flexibility in approach and delivery.Expertise in creating detailed and user-friendly documentation for various audiences, ensuring clarity and comprehensiveness.What we offer you :) A flexible hybrid working environment.Competitive base salary & bonus structure.Access to our Employee Assistance Program.14 weeks of paid parental leave for primary carers.The opportunity to build the company from the ground up!A fun and collaborative team with great work life balance.Employee Car Benefit Scheme.HCAU is an equal opportunity employer.
