About the role We currently have an excellent opportunity for an energetic and motivated Business Analyst to join our Productivity Finance team. Reporting to the Finance Manager Productivity, the primary responsibility of this role is to report, analyse and provide insights to improve the end to end TEC performance.This is a key role with a high level of exposure to the Supermarket Operations Teams and presents an exciting opportunity for someone who strives to drive tangible business outcomes by being agile, collaborative and possesses a great attitude towards problem solving. This role is based at our fabulous Norwest State Support Office in NSW a couple of times a week and once a fortnight one day in our Surry Hills office. What you'll do Provide insightful analysis, clear weekly commentary and actionable insights on performance and impactsUpdate the weekly senior executive team pack with actionable insights on Wage PerformanceSupport the end to end annual operating plan build for total employee costAdhoc analysis as required on key performance metrics and trends, delivering clear and actionable insightsStrong technical skills, including processing large volumes of data, modelling and analysis with the view towards driving efficienciesIdentify and implement opportunities that improve processes across the Food Group Finance team What you'll bring A finance related degree and CA/CPA qualified/or working towardsYou will be an influencer, with a proven ability to partner key stakeholders to drive business changeAbility to manipulate data and conduct analyses which are simple, structured, accurate and robust, in order to provide useful insight Agile, enthusiastic and passionate about enabling business decisions by understanding the drivers of cost and identifying opportunities for improvementExperience in SAP, IBMPA and Kronos is highly desirable with exposure to GCP & SQL What you'll experience Our Team Members are at the heart of everything we do and we're always looking for ways to support your career journey and reward great work:A progressive and flexible 'work from anywhere' policy that gives you more control over your work, life and wellbeing.
