Create an impact as a Business Analyst joining the largest insurance group in Australia and New Zealand.
YOUR ROLE
We have an exciting opportunity within our Direct Insurance Australia (DIA) Digital Experience team for an experienced Business Analyst.
As a Business Analyst you will be an integral member of the Digital Experience team and will be the key liaison between business subject matter experts and agile development teams. You will be a strong end to end Business Analyst with a robust BA toolkit and an appetite to play a pivotal role on exciting digital transformation projects.
Working within a dedicated squad this position will see you playing a critical hands role in the delivery of customer focused digital enterprise solutions which will require you to engage cross-functionally with various stakeholders to contribute to the effective and efficient delivery of project outcomes using Agile, SDLC principals and Design Thinking practices.
The primary focus of this role will be to work alongside with various stakeholders to identify business and technical requirements to support the planning and execution of project strategic technical priorities.
To be successful in this role you will require an agile mindset and a proactive and practical approach to engaging with business and technology stakeholders to drive positive business outcomes.
This is a 12 - 24 month fixed term role based in Sydney.
ABOUT YOU Extensive IT experience specialising in business process and systems analysisDemonstrated experience in Requirements Analysis and Design DefinitionStrong elicitation and collaboration experience Sound knowledge of Requirements Life Cycle ManagementPrevious experience with both Agile & Waterfall SDLC Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to effectively present and discuss complex information, analysis and findings to technical and non-technical audiences Previous experience working within matrix a management organisation (preferred)Applications close on Tuesday, 18 June 2024 at 11:59pm AEST.
