The Role: We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a technical background to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with key stakeholders and teams to identify and implement solutions to complex business problems. Your responsibilities will include translating requirements into user stories, prioritizing backlog items, and supporting squad members in project activities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ownership mentality, excellent facilitation skills, and a passion for optimizing team performance and delivery lifecycle.
