Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on CRM systems and processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret complex data sets. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle CRM) and related tools. Excellent documentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Knowledge of CRM best practices and industry trends. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
