What you'll be doing in this roleWe have a full-time position for a Business Analyst within the Project Management Office team, your key responsibilities will include:
Supporting the identification and development of performance reporting measures and insights to our staff to enable them to implement change across the organisationUndertaking research and preparing reports and documents to assist project teams and managementDevelopment in the identification and attraction of new markets and customers from information providedWorking with internal stakeholders to identify, document and develop reporting measures that support operational and clinical performance improvement
Who we're looking for A strong ability to develop databases with connections to multiple systems or sourcesKnowledge and skills in creating performance dashboards and reports in data visualisation toolsProven experience as a Business Improvement Analyst working on complex programs driven by strategic business objectives in private hospital operationsThe ability to influence and engage with a stakeholders at all levels of the business as well as the ability to deliver resultsBe commercially minded and a critical thinker with a curious mindset to challenge the status quo, working in a fast paced, dynamic environment
