As a Senior Insights Analyst, you will support the squad capability by unlocking efficiencies through automation, enriching data quality and democratising data to optimise performance. To achieve this, your role may include:Deliver decisioning insights by extracting, and analysing data from multiple complex sources to identify key themes, trends and pattern.Develop and implement analytical models and algorithms.Automate tasks to improve efficiency and maintain data integrity.Design and conduct experiments to test hypotheses and validate findings.Communicate complex analytical findings to stakeholders in visually demonstrative dashboard and reports.Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify opportunities for data driven improvements.What You'll BringIn addition to a demonstrable commitment to our values, you will have a high level of technical competence, the ability to automate data processes.
