With a focus on our customers Parking Experience, you will be effectively engaging with business stakeholders to understand their business and technology requirements and translate them into technical specifications for build by the Engineering team.
You will leverage your analytical and technical skills to gather and document requirements, perform feasibility studies, and develop business cases for new initiatives as required.
You will be working closely with the business stakeholders, to capture requirements and work with the Engineering team, to break down the work into discrete deliverables with the corresponding data specifications. You will be representing the business stakeholder during day to day execution of initiatives or issue triage, support the teams agile delivery ceremonies and continuously improve the quality of our technology solutions.
You will have overall accountability for: Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and developers to gather and document business requirements and translate them into technical specificationsConduct in-depth analysis of current systems, data flows, and business processes to identify gaps and propose suitable technology solutions.Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring a clear understanding of requirements and expectations.Support the development, testing, and implementation of technology solutions, ensuring they meet quality standards and align with project timelines.Ensure solution delivers to business needs adhering to architecture principles and roadmap.Break down delivery into cohesive elements and prioritise with business ownersCollaborate with engineering and business stakeholders to design and manage roadmaps and timelines. Facilitate and lead squad ceremoniesSupport the technology and business stakeholders in initiative brief developmentWhat will set you apart from the rest? Proven experience working as a Technical Business Analyst or similar technical role within the parking spaceKnowledge of Parking ecosystem technologies (examples: Skidata, TMA, Advam, Stripe)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex business processes and translate them into technical requirementsStrong understanding of software development lifecycles and methodologies, including Agile and WaterfallExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersStrong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional teamDetail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and qualityAbility to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines simultaneouslyStrong knowledge of business process modeling and improvement techniquesFamiliarity with data governance principlesAbility to run standupsCollab and Delivery tools knowledge - eg.
