Business Analyst

One of our clients is looking to hire a Business Analyst with experience in process automation for a permanent role based in Adelaide.MUST HAVE: Due to defence requirement can only consider Australian Citizen for this role.About the role: The purpose of this position is to help deliver long-term, effective and sustainable whole-of-system improvement (technology, process and people) of client's capability, to aid in the development and delivery of a successful Transformation Service Strategy and to align with the Digital Transformation Program.The role sits within a 'Service Management & Strategy' type function within the Transformation team, developing and providing Transformation services and capability to the business.Processes cover framework, methodology, strategic planning, yearly focus areas and accompanying objectives, business-as-usual performance monitoring and the resulting connection to business improvement, minor initiatives, and methods and practices used by the role.People covers the cooperation, engagement, influence without authority, mentoring and/or coaching of client's staff depending on the requirements of change.Tools cover all physical infrastructure used by client to enact and achieve its customer's requirements that include things such as buildings, plant, equipment, computers, tablets, phones and tools.It also covers digital infrastructure such as electronic systems, software, databases and reporting.Data is a critical strategic asset to client and the role works with the central data architect to ensure the sustained and appropriate growth of data that aids in decision-making, value generation, customer outcomes.Technical proficiency Computer proficiency is critical, particularly in Agile project delivery software such as Jira and Confluence, process automation software such as Microsoft Power Automate / Intelligent Business Process Management Software (iBPMS) / Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software, collaboration platforms such as Microsoft 365 (including SharePoint) and data visualization software such as PowerBI Technical proficiency is critical, particularly high-level understanding of technical solutions and enterprise architecture and its role in capability development and uplift.If interested APPLY NOW or call Nikita at 08 8228 1502
