Junior Business Analyst

We're looking for bright and enthusiastic recent IT or Business Analytics grads to join our team as Junior Business Analysts.
This 12-month fixed-term contract offers a great opportunity to gain valuable experience and develop your skills.
What you'll do:
Help onboard new systems and improve the functionality of existing ones.
Gather and document business requirements.
Analyze processes and support data analysis.
Facilitate workshops and gather requirements from stakeholders.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including requirements specifications, process flow diagrams, and AS-IS to BE assessments.
Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate workshops and gather requirements.
What we're looking for:
Recent IT or Business Analytics graduate.
Entry-level certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA) is a bonus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and people skills.
Passion for business analysis and digital transformation.
