You will be working closely with clients and the team to qualify work according to our client's needs and translate it into best-fit solutions. You will work with new and existing clients, and your ability to communicate well, with all stakeholders will be critical to your success in this role. You will be responsible for leading and performing analyst work as well as being an advocate for, and the voice of the client within the team.

They have developed solutions in a wide array of technologies including .NET web applications, fully serverless Progressive Web Apps, cross-platform mobile apps, Blockchain implementations, Data Lakes, AI/ML projects, and Microsoft SharePoint / Teams / Power Platform solutions. To be successful in this role you will need 2 years' experience working as an analyst specialising in software development projects or 5+ years of professional software development experience Experience working in an Agile environment Knowledge in the following technology areas: o JavaScript frameworks and web development in general o .NET - mobile and web applications o Cloud based technologies - AWS and/or Microsoft Azure o Microsoft O365 Modern Workforce Suite - Teams, SharePoint, PowerPlatform To excel in this role, these attributes will help
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills and the ability to facilitate effective workshops, in-person or remote Comfortable interacting with people across all levels of organisations and ability to field technical and business-related questions Able to easily learn different applications and industry jargon to successfully write scopes and other business case documents in language our customers understand A strong understanding of Change Management and a willingness to help our clients on their change journey Comfortable producing various analysis artifacts, including Process Maps, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Wireframes, As-is, and To-be documentation etc Strong time management skills and the willingness to handle multiple projects at various stages at the same time A passion for understanding how to improve existing processes and designing solutions to meet business/customer needs
