The world needs more Intrepid people: As a Business Analyst for Intrepid Travel, you'll be responsible for enabling change at Intrepid and play a critical role in bridging the gap between business and technology teams. You'll work closely with Program Managers, Squads and key stakeholders across the wider business to identify and analyse problems and opportunities, define and validate requirements, and support the testing and implementation of solutions that satisfy customer and business needs. This role requires a blend of strong analytical capabilities, technical knowledge, strategic thinking and excellent communication skills to deliver outcomes and ensure the right people, processes and technology are in place to enable Intrepid to achieve its strategic goals. This is a full-time 12-month fixed term position based out of our HQ on Collins Street in Melbourne, with lots of flexibility for hybrid working. Some of the experience you'll bring with you may include:
2+ years operating as a Business Analyst in a relevant environment/industry 2+ years in an agile / scaled agile environment, ideally in a large business Comfortable liaising with stakeholders at all levels to uncover requirements and ensure alignment on project goals and objectives Experienced in identifying and applying appropriate business analysis techniques to explore and define problems and opportunities Track record of delivering technology solutions, and guiding ideas towards execution that focus on delivering value
