Our clients are seeking a dedicated and experienced Business Analysts for HRIS/ERP Implementations. These roles will offer and exciting opportunity to contribute to the maintenance, development, and deployment of People Systems functionality in a large complex organisation. The successful candidate will be instrumental in achieving optimum levels of efficiency, automation and HR data/transactional integrity.
As a Business Analyst (HRIS/ERP), you will play a pivotal role in maintaining, developing, and deploying People Systems functionality. Your primary responsibility will be to identify enhancements, develop functionality that supports business requirements, and ensure that the people system software consistently meets established performance levels. You will interpret user requirements, recommend suitable business solutions, manage system application issues, and ensure that current systems align with organisational policies. Additionally, you will develop training materials, procedural documentation, and provide necessary training for users.
Identify enhancements, develop and deploy functionality to automate, integrate and support business requirementsProvide ongoing support to ensure the people system software meets established performance levels of availability and reliabilityInterpret and analyse user requirements and recommend appropriate business solutions with consideration to organisational policies and practicesManage system application and end user issuesEnsure current systems are maintained to comply with University policy and practices and support the changing needs of the UniversityDevelop training materials and procedural documentation and provide training and support for users What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Business Analyst (HRIS) role brings a wealth of experience in configuration and administration of people systems within large complex organisations. She holds a tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline such as Business or Information Systems. Her strong interpersonal skills enable her to work cooperatively with others towards common objectives. She has proven problem-solving abilities, with a knack for identifying and analysing problems, generating alternatives, and developing practical solutions. Her planning and organising skills are top-notch, enabling her to effectively manage time, resources, and monitor progress.
Demonstrated experience in configuration and administration of ERP's or Systems (HRIS) in a large complex organisation.TechnologyOne, SAP, S4Hana, AscenderPay, Ceridian etc experience is preferred but not essential.Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work cooperatively with others to accomplish joint tasksProven problem-solving skills with ability to investigate, identify and analyse problems, generate alternatives, benefits and costs to develop practical solutionsExperience in planning and organising tasks including setting objectives, managing time, managing resources, monitoring progress What sets this company apart:
