Systems and Business Analysis: Dive deep into business requirements and translate them into technical specifications that drive IT solutions. Project Coordination: Manage project timelines, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans, ensuring that all system modifications and enhancements meet high standards. User Acceptance Testing: Facilitate UAT sessions, ensuring new solutions meet user expectations and requirements. Gather and Create Requirements: Act as a conduit between business needs and technical solutions Coordinate Projects: From inception through post-implementation reviews, maintain a smooth project flow. Testing and Quality Assurance: Write and execute detailed test plans, ensuring all enhancements perform flawlessly. Documentation: Prepare comprehensive business specifications to guide developers. What You Bring: Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve issues effectively. Exceptional written and oral communication skills. Ability to manage relationships with both internal and external customers. Precision in documenting and prioritising programming fixes and changes.
