About the Role This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to join the team and work with business stakeholders to shape the future of pathology and healthcare services.
The Business Analyst plays an essential role in solving business problems and helping design and implement solutions to improve operational efficiency and staff productivity, enhance customer service by alleviating customer pain points and delivering more valuable diagnostic insights to improve the quality of patient care.
The role is highly collaborative and involves working closely with the operations, the digital product delivery team, vendors, and various stakeholders across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities Identify opportunities for improving operations and customer experience.
Analyse and synthesise large information from different sources to map existing state and inform future solutions.
Document as-is and to-be processes using diagramming applications.
Define solutions (business, functional & non-functional requirements, as well as to-be processes) that empower employees, engage customers/patients, and optimise operations.
Assess solution options from a customer, risk, technology, and user perspective before design and implementation.
Coordinate delivery of these solutions across multiple business and technology teams.
Work with Digital Product Managers in maintaining and optimising the initiative and product backlog.
Work with managers and employees to implement changes.
Train employees to use new systems or follow new processes.
Determine the effectiveness of new processes.
