What you'll do
As the Business Analyst your primary goal is to provide analytical capabilities to solving problems, break up of work and support the broader Squad in delivering solutions to solve customer and business problems.
Support the Product Manager in maintaining and optimising the initiative and product backlog in line with business prioritisation.
Thrive in a fast paced environment focussed on providing a simple and ultra-convenient service for our customers, taking innovative approaches to solving complex, interesting problems while putting the customer experience first.
Work closely with business and technical partners to understand customer and business problems, to translate into Epics/User Stories (e.g. functional or non-functional requirements) in partnership with squads
What you'll bring
You are an experienced Business Analyst and technologist with a strong Agile delivery background and a passion for everything digital/online, alongside a proven track record launching digital products.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal with an ability to story-tell and take stakeholders on the journey with you
Facilitate Key Agile Events - Daily Standup, Sprint Planning, Sprint Retro, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Review, BRP ceremonies
Experience conducting workshops for requirements gathering with business stakeholders and technical experts
Experience using collaboration/workflow tools including Jira and Confluence
Understanding of SQL to extract data and perform data analysis , if required
Basic understanding of APIs, Microservices and technical integration with various systems. Should be able to understand flowcharts and architectural diagrams
Understanding of supply chain, eCom fundamentals
