Our client is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst to join our IT operations project.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in a network upgrade project with a focus on cloud technologies.
This is a contract position, with an initial duration of 6 months, and the potential to extend for a multi-year engagement.
Responsibilities:
Network Upgrade: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and document requirements for the network upgrade project.
Ensure that business needs and technical specifications align with project objectives.
Cloud Integration: Facilitate the integration of cloud technologies into the existing infrastructure.
Work closely with cloud service providers to identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement.
Requirement Gathering: Conduct thorough and detailed requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable project plans.
Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation including business requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories to effectively communicate project scope and objectives.
Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders at various levels to gather feedback, provide project updates, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Testing and Validation: Support the testing and validation process to ensure that deliverables meet the specified requirements and quality standards.
Project Management: Collaborate with the project management team to monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst in a similar IT operations or network upgrade environment.
Strong expertise in cloud technologies, with experience integrating cloud solutions into existing infrastructure.
Proficient in conducting requirement gathering sessions and documenting business requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Project management skills, including the ability to track project progress and manage risks effectively.
Ability to work on-site at least 3 days a week, with flexibility for remote work.
Relevant certifications in Business Analysis or Cloud technologies are a plus.
