Job Description Join a growing People Systems team at Jetstar Opportunity to work on exciting learning system initiatives/projects 7-month, full-time role working at our Collingwood head office (hybrid working options available) The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements to support enhancements to Jetstar Airways' Learning Management System (LMS) across all regions, including Jetstar Japan and Asia.
You will manage tasks such as process mapping, content and data migration, testing, and user acceptance.
This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to define organisational needs, translate them into functional requirements, and ensure that the system meets both business and technical specifications.
Key Responsibilities: Defining and prioritising business requirements for the LMS enhancements based on stakeholder input.
Ensuring all requirements are clearly communicated and agreed upon with stakeholders.
Identify gaps between current-state processes and future-state LMS processes, with recommendations to address them.
Collaborate with Qantas HR Digital and Learning teams to configure the LMS to meet business needs.
Determine how learning content and user data will be migrated and reported on.
Creating a detailed test plan and test cases for functional testing.
Coordinating with the testing team to ensure that all issues are identified, documented, and resolved.
Ensure data is mapped, cleaned, and migrated successfully.
Determine training content and methods to ensure effective end-user adoption of new system.
Identify system improvement opportunities post-implementation using user feedback and performance metrics.
You'll have: 5 years' experience in implementing Learning Management Systems (preferred) Experience with SuccessFactors LMS, Workday LMS or similar systems (HRIS) Proven experience managing data migrations to transfer critical business data from legacy systems to new platforms.
Experience creating and executing test cases and participating in UAT to validate business requirements and system functionality.
Experience supporting change management initiatives and providing end-user training materials or documentation.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to analyse business processes, identify gaps, and recommend solutions.
Strong stakeholder management and teamwork to ensure smooth communication between business and technical teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and document details clearly.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project needs and timelines.
Ability to focus on end-user needs and ensure solutions meet business stakeholder expectations.
