Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
Translate business needs into technical requirements and specifications.
Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and workflows.
Develop clear and concise documentation including user stories, use cases, and process flows.
Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate interpretation of requirements and successful implementation of solutions.
Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Participate in testing, validation, and quality assurance processes.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimisation.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst in a software development environment.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
Proficiency in requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Visio is a plus.
Familiarity with SQL, databases, and data analysis techniques is preferred.
