The division applies best-practice methods and techniques to deliver projects, operate and govern ICT products and services, aiming to deliver cost-effective technology solutions and embed our customer's needs into all our decision-making.We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to join our Project Delivery branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery of ICT projects, including supporting the change to the business, in accordance with DEECA's ICT project delivery standards. As the successful applicant you will:Identify and capture business requirements in alignment with the project objectivesSupport project planningIdentify and engage with stakeholdersManage requirementsEngage in achieving business outcomesThe benefits to the successful applicant to this position include:Connecting the business objectives with technology solutions to ensure the right outcomes are achieved in line with DEECA business objectives and technology strategy.Operating in a dynamic work environment, that provides an opportunity to influence change and make a real difference.Leading the DEECA business and stakeholders through the change process of adopting new technology & ways of working to support business outcomes.Specialist/Technical Expertise/QualificationsFormal qualifications in business analysis are desirableSignificant ICT project delivery experience is desirable, preferably more than 3 yearsDemonstrated experience working with a variety of project delivery methodologies, such as Agile, Iterative and Waterfall will be highly regardedDemonstrated experience working on business analysis activities for Microsoft based technology implementations will be highly regardedExperience with supporting the delivery Microsoft Power Platform and integration (e.g. MuleSoft) solutions will be highly regardedThis is a fixed term position available for a period of 12 months.
