Position Description: Business Analyst About the role The Business Analyst position is responsible for providing Family Services Australia (FSA) with a range of data, projects and initiatives to analyse and immerse themselves in engineering workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities in improving our service stream's reports and outputs. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, while providing innovative improvements.
