About the companyGovernment department tasked with making life easier, accessible, and equitable for thousands of individuals and families across Australia. Currently seeking for a Business Analyst to join their busy team for a 12-month temporary assignment.
About the roleAs a Business Analyst, you will review assigned business processes from end to end, assisting to identify risks and opportunities for improvement. In addition, your key duties are as follows:
Monitoring and collating data and identifying and prioritising business demands.Analysing trends and emerging issues.Supporting the creation of dashboards across the branch to track key leading and lagging metrics.Preparing high quality performance reports.Supporting the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders.Providing support to team members and peers through collaboration and clear communication.Supporting business continuity analysis, design, implementation and validation activities.About youTo be successful in this role, you must have:
Advanced excel experience including pivot tables and V Lookup.Previous experience in reporting and dashboard functionality including supporting the creation of dashboards to track key leading and lagging metrics.Previous experience in interpreting and analysing data sets.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Ability to handle multiple projects with competing priorities and deadlines.Benefits Immediate start pending clearance.12 months casual temporary assignment.Full-time hours, Monday to Friday.$55.24 per hour + super.Flexible working arrangement.Multiple locations available - Geelong or Richmond.*** Please note the successful candidate for the role must hold Australian Citizenship and be willing to complete federal police check *** At Chandler Macleod, we are committed to fostering a diverse workforce where everyone is welcome.
