The Seller must provide the following for each candidate:CVMaximum one page claim against the selection criteria belowProposed hourly rate (incl GST)Details of two refereesDeliverables:Engage with business areas to understand and document business requirements, user needs, current and future state ICT goalsDevelop and co-design artefacts including but not limited to business process maps, user journey maps, prototypes and technical drawings of potential solutionsFacilitate workshops with stakeholders and subject matter experts to agree on requirements, priorities, and determine allocation of workBuild and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the organisation and branch, developing a good understanding of initiatives, goals and prioritiesPrepare correspondence, reports and internal communication content as requiredOrganise meetings and complete other duties as requiredWork as part of a team, contributing to achieve team goalsPerformance and deliverables will be regularly monitored against agreed activities and milestones.Required skills and experience:Selection criteria:Proven practical experience in requirements gathering and documentation, business rules definition, process/workflow design and liaison with business representativesStrong analytical and communication skillsExperience in facilitating business groups/forums to elicit requirementsDemonstrated ability to work in a team environmentExperience with Networks and infrastructureEssential Criteria:Demonstrated 3+ years' experience working within a project teamDelivery, assessment and acceptance: As per the Master Agreement and SON version 1 July 2019.Key Performance Indicators: To be agreed.Referee Requirements: Referee checks will only be performed for candidates shortlisted for interview.Fee Structure:Resources are to be quoted based on hourly rates including GST.Panellists are reminded that the Fees set out in the Deed of Standing Offer are not to be exceededQuoted Fees can be less than the Fees listed in Schedule 6 of the relevant DeedFees quoted should be commensurate with the resource being offered and the required skills and experiencePeriod of Engagement: ASAP to 30 June 2025.
The Department may at its absolute discretion, extend the term of the contract for any number of period(s) up to 30 June 2026 subject to written agreement by both parties.The engagement will be based on an 8 hour day/40 hour week, excluding ACT and National public holidays and the standard PM&C Christmas shutdown period.Upon request from PM&C, the Specified Personnel may be required to work during an ACT Public Holiday, National Public Holiday and the PM&C shutdown period.
The Specified Personnel may also be required to work remotely.Location: Located on a rotating roster between Barton ACT and Woden ACT.Security clearance: Minimum NV1 security clearance is required (Please state the level of security clearance held, and the date on which it was confirmed)IMPORTANT: Where the need for a security clearance has been identified, the Commonwealth requires all Specified Personnel to undergo a security clearance.
In this instance, Specified Personnel must have completed and submitted a security pack to the Australian Government Security Vetting Agency prior to commencement.The Commonwealth requires all Specified Personnel to undergo Work, Health and Safety and Security Awareness training.
Training must be undertaken upon commencement and be completed before the commencement of any work.
