In this position, you'll collaborate directly with business sponsors, stakeholders, and SMEs to understand current state business processes, develop structured and well-defined business solutions, and support and input to the development of project documents at varying stages of project lifecycles.About YouDemonstrated business analysis experience in complex organisations, particularly in technology or digital transformation programs.Tertiary business qualifications, computer science or other relevant qualifications with additional project delivery and business analysis certification including BABOK, Prince2, ITIL, MSP or like certifications.Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into potential business and technology solutions.Strong process mapping experience.Strong experience in the development of scoping and delivery business cases.Strong analytical skills.Show initiative and provide creative problem-solving approaches.Advanced Microsoft Office skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Demonstrated experience building relationships with diverse stakeholders.Effective prioritisation, adaptability, and coordination abilities.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Demonstrated experience in effective facilitation of explorative stakeholder workshops.About the RoleRequirements Gathering: Collaborate with project teams, stakeholders, and SMEs to define business requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Analyse trends and validate feasibility for information, technology, and service improvements.Process Mapping: Map current and future state processes to align with business requirements, ICT Strategic Roadmap, and Strategic Direction.Business Cases: Contribute to scoping and delivering business cases, ensuring clear articulation of change, project outcomes, and measurable benefits.Transition Management: Assist in transitioning new or enhanced systems/processes into the business.Effective Communication: Utilise various methods to effectively and efficiently engage stakeholders, build trust, and convey information.Process Improvement: Support the implementation of new business methodologies and processes for enhanced efficiency.Solution Translation: Work with ICT teams and providers to translate complex requirements into achievable solutions for optimized business performance.Change Leadership: Support process improvements across all business areas.User Acceptance Testing: Prepare internal ICT test cases and UAT test cases, schedules and other artefacts to support internal UAT.Performance Monitoring: Feed into the monitoring of KPIs, action plans, and targets, taking necessary actions for reporting risks and issues.BenefitsFull-time permanent role.Salary packaging up to $15,900 per annum for everyday expenses and up to $2,650 per annum on meals and entertainment expenses.Novated Lease options.Hybrid work environment and flexible hours (work from home options available).Jandakot based office.Free onsite parking.Workplace culture of teamwork and collaboration.About UsThe mission of the Royal Flying Doctor Service (Western Operations) is to provide excellence in aeromedical and primary health care across Western Australia.
